In continuing his discussion of the subject concerning collective success, Dr. Myers relates inspiration from a recent TED Talk called, "The Big Idea - 21 Days of Ideas Into Action" that discusses why teamwork is critical, yet why it's so challenging.
The words teamwork and collaboration are often used, but there can be a downside. Through the example of the Formula 1 pit crew, Dr. Myers discusses how our department can be inspired to use our knowledge and skills to contribute to our collective success.
