Be Well in the Big House

Get moving, build strength, and find your calm in a place that's uniquely Michigan! All levels and abilities are welcome to join in strength training (using body weight), Zumba, Yoga, and Meditation but you must register for the session(s) you plan to attend. Participants can sample healthy snacks, talk with health experts, visit the farmers market, find their center with Tai Chi, have the chance to win prizes, and more! This is a free event for faculty and staff.
